RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policies.

The following Terms are applicable for any products/service that you purchased with us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Rattles Located at Chinsurah, Hooghly, West-Bengal, INDIA.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.rattles.in

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

In order to be eligible for a return, you have to initiate a return request within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return request after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Return, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Returnable Items:

  • Clothes & Footwear: 7 days from delivery date. To be returned to any store of ours or to be informed and picked up for address of which it was delivered. Shipping charges as applicable, for goods to be returned or exchanged.

Product that was marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

Please note that there may be certain products in the aforesaid table that may or may not be returnable as otherwise mentioned against them above. For all products, the return policy on the product/combo page shall prevail.

Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to by our courier service partner, Rattles shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and if they found everything is ok they will process your refund. The money will be refunded to customers BANK ACCOUNT and the following information is needed to be provided:

  • Full Name of Customer
  • Bank A/c Name (in which customer want the refund amount):
  • Bank A/c Number:
  • IFSC Code:
  • Bank Name & Branch Name (in which the account is maintained by the customer)

PROCESS OF RETURN & REFUND

  1. Raise Your Return/Refund Request by E-mail (getintouch@rattles.in) within 7 days from the delivery date of the eligible product/ products.
  2. We will verify the eligibility and give you a confirmation mail.
  3. After getting the confirmation mail you have to courier the product/products to our office address (Chinsurah, Hooghly – 712 101). * Remember the return or refund courier charges have to bear by customer.
  4. Customer can also deliver the return or refund requested product/products to our authorised offline stores.
  5. After receiving the product/products from the customer end our team of professionals will inspect it and if they found everything is ok they will process your return or refund request.

** Product that is bought from Our Physical / Offline Stores can be returned only. We don’t have any refund policies for Offline Purchase.
